Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Protection Specialist to join our team. As a Protection Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their assets. This is a critical role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.

Responsibilities:
- Provide a visible presence to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a safe and secure environment
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and, taking appropriate action as needed
- Document all incidents, accidents, or other relevant information in detailed reports
- Assist with the development and implementation of security policies and procedures
- Conduct investigations into security breaches or incidents as required

Skills:
- Experince in armed security or relevant field is preferred
- Knowledge of CPR and First Aid procedures
- Excellent conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment in sensitive situations

Required Equipment:

Firearm, Level 3 or 4 Holster, Plate Carrier, professional and clean tactical wear

Must have a valid Michigan CPL
