Executive Response Specialist provides timely resolutions to customer complaints that have escalated to the highest level within the organization. Coordinates with product/service suppliers and/or contact center staff to research and determine validity of complaints and evaluate options to remedy these complaints. Being an Executive Response Specialist reviews the underlying facts of the complaint, determines an appropriate solution, and delivers the response to the customer. Requires a thorough knowledge of the products/services offered, well developed customer service skills, and clear understanding of the company's policy regarding complaints. Additionally, Executive Response Specialist exercises a large degree individual discretion and judgement. Tracks complaints and makes recommendations to management designed to reduce the number of complaints. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Executive Response Specialist gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     Baystate Health, western Massachusetts’s premier healthcare provider, is looking for an Executive Assistant for the Chief Nursing Officer and Vice President of Heart and Vascular to join our administration team!

    The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide high level comprehensive, administrative, and executive support to the CNO and VP of Heart and Vascular, interacts with members of the leadership team to ensure project follow-up and follow-through.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct administrative and clerical responsibilities such as preparation of documents and presentations, accurate reporting, monitoring and tracking of projects
    • Plan and organize the activities, information and materiel associated with the CNO and VP
    • Manage & maintain calendars, schedule meetings, conferences, interviews, travel arrangements
    • Maintain the professional atmosphere of Baystate Health and to conduct self in a manner that supports the credibility, dignity and respect of self and office
    • Support the CNO and VP’s ability to be optimally prepared for meetings and commitments by providing agenda's, objectives, attendee lists, relevant paperwork or reading, and, where helpful, the specific role or purpose of their attendance
    • Interacts with a wide variety of hospital executives, medical staff, board & community members in a professional and efficient manner

    Skill/Competencies:

    • Detailed-oriented with superior skills in organization and prioritization.  Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to provide prompt, quality customer service to internal and external customers and exercise patience, respect, collaboration, and professionalism in all routine and non-routine interactions
    • Ability to anticipate, understand, and handle sensitive issues
    • Maintains professional image, integrity and confidentiality of organizational proprietary information to ensure a positive image and foster a positive work environment

    Requirements:

    • High School / GED required Associates Degree Preferred
    • Min. 4-5 years of experience successfully supporting an executive level senior leader
    • High level efficiency and competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
