Executive Response Specialist provides timely resolutions to customer complaints that have escalated to the highest level within the organization. Coordinates with product/service suppliers and/or contact center staff to research and determine validity of complaints and evaluate options to remedy these complaints. Being an Executive Response Specialist reviews the underlying facts of the complaint, determines an appropriate solution, and delivers the response to the customer. Requires a thorough knowledge of the products/services offered, well developed customer service skills, and clear understanding of the company's policy regarding complaints. Additionally, Executive Response Specialist exercises a large degree individual discretion and judgement. Tracks complaints and makes recommendations to management designed to reduce the number of complaints. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. We are currently seeking an experienced Full Time Executive Response Program team member with high integrity and professionalism who can join our team here in the Bay Area. You will be working on uniquely assigned projects under the guidance of the Team Leader and Program Manager for our top Silicon Valley clients. In your day to day role as an Executive Response Program team member, you will be acting as a liaison between Surefox and its clients while providing incident detection, observation, physical security as well as overwatch and reconnaissance to assigned clients and events. You will perform all duties in accordance with client policies and procedures and all state & federal regulations. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to: responding to emergency events, assessing medical & non-medical issues, addressing staffing deficiencies, and effectively handling client requests in a timely manner. We are looking for someone who has exceptional observational skills and exhibits close attention to detail. The ability to work independently on assignments and to coordinate with supporting and/or adjacent teams, agencies, or vendors are critical to ensuring clients security requirements are addressed in a timely and professional manner. The individual selected must be flexible and able to respond to dynamic situations with sound judgement as well as have the ability to perform their duties on a national and international level.
