Executive Response Specialist provides timely resolutions to customer complaints that have escalated to the highest level within the organization. Coordinates with product/service suppliers and/or contact center staff to research and determine validity of complaints and evaluate options to remedy these complaints. Being an Executive Response Specialist reviews the underlying facts of the complaint, determines an appropriate solution, and delivers the response to the customer. Requires a thorough knowledge of the products/services offered, well developed customer service skills, and clear understanding of the company's policy regarding complaints. Additionally, Executive Response Specialist exercises a large degree individual discretion and judgement. Tracks complaints and makes recommendations to management designed to reduce the number of complaints. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. SUMMARY: Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT) is a 24 – hour resource for mental health and substance use crisis intervention. Our goals are to lessen crisis trauma, divert individuals from Emergency rooms and traditional court systems, prevent unnecessary psychiatric hospitalizations and help identify a potential crisis in advance and assist with linkage to an outpatient provider.
JOB FUNCTION: Functions as a team member within a multi-agency team in the delivery of crisis intervention services, case management, and assessment services to mental health consumers; provides primarily/outreach services; coordinates with residential units, hospitals and schools for fast delivery of services. Acts as a resource for local law enforcement agencies and local crisis hotlines. Capable of navigating telemedicine when indicated.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in social services or a behavioral health field with at least two (2) years of experience working with children and families. Familiarity working in community settings preferred. A valid driver’s license is required as some driving and/or transportation may be required to take clients to medical appointments, job sites, social activities and other community resources.
SPECIAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Exposure to consumers and a variety of program conditions, which may include long, irregular hours, on-call duties, weekend hours, and local travel. Exposure to a wide range of community environments outside the agency including client homes, school, or other community locations.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Requires sitting, standing, typing, and driving. May require alternative work hours, Candidate must pass a level two background screening and must have reliable transportation. Ability to travel locally. Services may be provided in a variety of setting and environments. Ability to hear and see in emergency situations. Must be able to complete NAPPI training and perform NAPPI techniques. Must be able to communicate orally or in writing.
