Executive Response Specialist provides timely resolutions to customer complaints that have escalated to the highest level within the organization. Coordinates with product/service suppliers and/or contact center staff to research and determine validity of complaints and evaluate options to remedy these complaints. Being an Executive Response Specialist reviews the underlying facts of the complaint, determines an appropriate solution, and delivers the response to the customer. Requires a thorough knowledge of the products/services offered, well developed customer service skills, and clear understanding of the company's policy regarding complaints. Additionally, Executive Response Specialist exercises a large degree individual discretion and judgement. Tracks complaints and makes recommendations to management designed to reduce the number of complaints. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. JOB SUMMARY | ||||||
The X-Ray Technologist performs a variety of radiologic procedures in an outpatient setting while maintaining | ||||||
a high level of customer service and quality patient care. The responsibilities of the X-ray Technologist include | ||||||
performing routine X-Ray procedures following the protocols established by the radiologist and demonstrating | ||||||
compassion to ensure overall patient satisfaction. | ||||||
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES | ||||||
1. Performs routine X-Ray procedures following the protocols established by the radiologist. Competently | ||||||
performs procedures with limited supervision. | ||||||
2. Properly inputs all required patient information into the system including protocol, patient history, referring | ||||||
providers, and any additional information to the radiologist regarding the procedure. Able to burn CDs per | ||||||
patient request. | ||||||
3. Properly identifies patients and demonstrates compassion while maintaining patient confidentiality. Assumes | ||||||
responsibility for patient care, safety, and comfort. | ||||||
4. Takes responsibility to stock exam rooms with necessary supplies. Maintains equipment and reports any | ||||||
equipment malfunctions to the supervisor or appropriate service provider. | ||||||
5. Floats to various locations as assigned. | ||||||
6. Customer Service; Communicates effectively with staff and supervisors in a polite and courteous manner. | ||||||
promotes teamwork by assisting other staff as needed. Words and actions support team improvement. | ||||||
7. Maintains credentials for position. | ||||||
WORK EXPERIENCE/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS | ||||||
2 or more years in the Radiology field is preferred. | ||||||
High School Diploma or GED. | ||||||
Completion of a course in Radiologic Technology which is approved by the American Registry of Radiologic | ||||||
Technologists. | ||||||
Current certification (ARRT) with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and licensed by the Florida | ||||||
Department of Health. | ||||||
SKILLS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS | ||||||
Skills in properly positioning patients and obtaining diagnostic images, identifying equipment problems, | ||||||
establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with patients, medical staff, and public. | ||||||
This job requires prolonged sitting or standing, frequent bending, stooping, or stretching; Must be able to see with or | ||||||
without corrective eyewear, must be able to hear clearly, with or without assistance. This position may require lifting | ||||||
50 plus pounds. |
