Executive Response Specialist provides timely resolutions to customer complaints that have escalated to the highest level within the organization. Coordinates with product/service suppliers and/or contact center staff to research and determine validity of complaints and evaluate options to remedy these complaints. Being an Executive Response Specialist reviews the underlying facts of the complaint, determines an appropriate solution, and delivers the response to the customer. Requires a thorough knowledge of the products/services offered, well developed customer service skills, and clear understanding of the company's policy regarding complaints. Additionally, Executive Response Specialist exercises a large degree individual discretion and judgement. Tracks complaints and makes recommendations to management designed to reduce the number of complaints. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. In this role, you will:
Provide a high level of professional support which includes a balance of experienced executive level administrative work, as well, as ongoing ad-hoc project and business initiatives such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables and pulling routine reports
Perform heavy calendaring, complex travel planning, extensive document creation and editing, and preparing expense report submissions
Support projects
Assist with budget planning and compile statistical data for financial planning
Act as information source on group and company policies
Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgement within defined parameters while developing understanding of the Administrative Support function
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Interact with external customers
Required Qualifications, US:
6 months of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience supporting senior level leaders/executives
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to manage changing travel itineraries, accurately manage expense reimbursement, manage a busy calendar and appointments flawlessly
Ability to work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations
Experience writing and editing internal communications, including corporate and executive level communications
Experience participating in multiple concurrent projects or large-scale individual projects
Experience managing communications and documentation projects
Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence change
Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams LiveMeeting and SharePoint) skills
