Executive Response Specialist provides timely resolutions to customer complaints that have escalated to the highest level within the organization. Coordinates with product/service suppliers and/or contact center staff to research and determine validity of complaints and evaluate options to remedy these complaints. Being an Executive Response Specialist reviews the underlying facts of the complaint, determines an appropriate solution, and delivers the response to the customer. Requires a thorough knowledge of the products/services offered, well developed customer service skills, and clear understanding of the company's policy regarding complaints. Additionally, Executive Response Specialist exercises a large degree individual discretion and judgement. Tracks complaints and makes recommendations to management designed to reduce the number of complaints. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Executive Response Specialist gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Starting Salary Range for Full Time: $45,968.00 - $56,576.00 per year

Responsibilities:
- Respond to calls and provide medical assistance to patients in need
- Assess the patient's condition and administer appropriate medical treatment
- Perform basic life support techniques, such as CPR and first aid
- Monitor vital signs and provide ongoing care during transportation to the hospital
- Communicate with healthcare professionals to relay patient information and receive medical instructions
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment provided
Experience:
- Previous experience as an Emergency Medical Technician or similar role preferred
- Knowledge of hospital procedures and protocols
- Familiarity with anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Ability to assess patients' conditions and make critical decisions in high-pressure situations
- Proficient in administering medications and performing basic medical procedures
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and maneuvering of patients
Skills:
- Excellent patient assessment skills to quickly evaluate the severity of injuries or illnesses
- Proficient in administering basic life support techniques, including CPR and first aid
- Knowledge of medical equipment operation and maintenance
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals in a compassionate manner
- Strong problem-solving skills to make quick decisions in emergency situations
