Executive Response Specialist provides timely resolutions to customer complaints that have escalated to the highest level within the organization. Coordinates with product/service suppliers and/or contact center staff to research and determine validity of complaints and evaluate options to remedy these complaints. Being an Executive Response Specialist reviews the underlying facts of the complaint, determines an appropriate solution, and delivers the response to the customer. Requires a thorough knowledge of the products/services offered, well developed customer service skills, and clear understanding of the company's policy regarding complaints. Additionally, Executive Response Specialist exercises a large degree individual discretion and judgement. Tracks complaints and makes recommendations to management designed to reduce the number of complaints. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Executive Response Specialist gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential clients
- Utilize warm calling techniques to reach out to potential clients and establish relationships
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Present product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value proposition to clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions
-Telemarketing and some outside sales which requires traveling
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role
- Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends and identify opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients
- Ability to effectively present and demonstrate products or services to clients
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
