Executive Response Specialist provides timely resolutions to customer complaints that have escalated to the highest level within the organization. Coordinates with product/service suppliers and/or contact center staff to research and determine validity of complaints and evaluate options to remedy these complaints. Being an Executive Response Specialist reviews the underlying facts of the complaint, determines an appropriate solution, and delivers the response to the customer. Requires a thorough knowledge of the products/services offered, well developed customer service skills, and clear understanding of the company's policy regarding complaints. Additionally, Executive Response Specialist exercises a large degree individual discretion and judgement. Tracks complaints and makes recommendations to management designed to reduce the number of complaints. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Executive Response Specialist gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     Position for hire: Construction Manager

    Job Description

    We are looking for a Construction Manager to join our team. As a residential construction manager, your role involves supervising and coordinating all aspects of the construction process. You’ll be responsible for planning, budgeting, scheduling, and overseeing the execution of 40-60 residential building projects and 4-6 project managers. This involves collaborating with various stakeholders, ensuring quality workmanship, and adhering to safety and regulatory standards. Your role also entails managing resources, problem-solving, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

    As a new company, the current position will have substantial administrative duties as well and the candidate must be able to wear multiple hats. The candidate must be able to implement processes and workflows in order to help build a highly efficient company.

    Typical responsibilities of a construction manager include but are not limited to:

    • Project Planning: Developing comprehensive project plans, defining goals, setting timelines, and overseeing project scope. Manage Planning of all construction activities on homes from start to finish.
    • Budget and Cost Management: Creating and managing budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects remain within financial constraints.
    • Resource Coordination: Managing labor, materials, and equipment to meet project requirements and deadlines.
    • Supervision and Quality Control: Overseeing work quality, ensuring adherence to building codes and regulations, and maintaining high construction standards.
    • Team Management: Hiring, supervising, and coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure they meet project specifications.
    • Risk Assessment and Management: Identifying potential risks, developing strategies to mitigate them, and resolving issues as they arise.
    • Communication: Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, and providing project updates.
    • Schedule Management: Assign construction projects. Creating and maintaining project schedules, adjusting as needed to ensure timely completion.
    • Site Supervision: Overseeing construction sites, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and addressing on-site challenges.
    • Documentation: Generating progress reports, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date.

    Requirements and qualifications:

    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential construction management required
    • Relevant Management experience desired
    • Must possess organization skills by keeping daily schedules current; maintaining a timely and accurate flow of paperwork
    • Possess good time management skills. For example; be able to handle a wide variety of tasks and demands in a timely manner
    • Must possess good interpersonal skills
    • Computer literacy and proficient in MS Office products (Word and Excel)
    • Valid Driver’s License with good driving record required
    • Ability to read and interpret blue prints

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
