Executive Response Specialist provides timely resolutions to customer complaints that have escalated to the highest level within the organization. Coordinates with product/service suppliers and/or contact center staff to research and determine validity of complaints and evaluate options to remedy these complaints. Being an Executive Response Specialist reviews the underlying facts of the complaint, determines an appropriate solution, and delivers the response to the customer. Requires a thorough knowledge of the products/services offered, well developed customer service skills, and clear understanding of the company's policy regarding complaints. Additionally, Executive Response Specialist exercises a large degree individual discretion and judgement. Tracks complaints and makes recommendations to management designed to reduce the number of complaints. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Executive Response Specialist gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     Hardware Procurement Specialist

    Looking for Hardware Procurement specialist to help with our project procurement needs. Candidate will work with the team leads to understand the requirements. These requirements will enable you to research new suppliers and ensure all procurements meet cost and specifications in a timely manner.

    Responsibilities

    * Prepare proposals, request quotes

    * Prepare purchase orders and agreements

    * Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues and concerns

    * Inspect and evaluate the quality of purchased items and resolve shortcomings

    Here's what you need:

    • Proven work experience in Procurement and/or Inventory Control
    • Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel is a must)
    • Experience with business application software, purchasing and/or resource planning systems

    The Extras:

    • US Citizenship; no dual citizens

    Bonus Points If You Have

    • Experience in supply chain management or a similar field preferred

    California: $67,200 - $104,600

    Colorado: $67,200 - $90,400

    New York City: $77,700 - $104,600

    Washington: $87,500 - $96,300
