Executive Response Specialist provides timely resolutions to customer complaints that have escalated to the highest level within the organization. Coordinates with product/service suppliers and/or contact center staff to research and determine validity of complaints and evaluate options to remedy these complaints. Being an Executive Response Specialist reviews the underlying facts of the complaint, determines an appropriate solution, and delivers the response to the customer. Requires a thorough knowledge of the products/services offered, well developed customer service skills, and clear understanding of the company's policy regarding complaints. Additionally, Executive Response Specialist exercises a large degree individual discretion and judgement. Tracks complaints and makes recommendations to management designed to reduce the number of complaints. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Executive Response Specialist gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. The Crisis Intervention Specialist works within a team of professionals to deliver Crisis Response services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and provides specific services and interventions for up to 72 hours. You will be required to work a combination of day and evening shift hours and in some instance's weekends. Complete an initial assessment of the client's needs based on program requirements and develop and Individual Crisis Plan to improve the overall functioning and mental health of the child and family. Complete assessments as required by the regulatory agency which governs their program. Re-evaluate the client throughout treatment to identify any new needs or problem areas. The CIS will make at least weekly calls to the client, which are documented in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Spanish or second language skills a plus! An LSW or a LAC is also a plus.
Annual Salary: $50,000 to $59,000 (based on years of experience and credentials)
