Executive Response Specialist provides timely resolutions to customer complaints that have escalated to the highest level within the organization. Coordinates with product/service suppliers and/or contact center staff to research and determine validity of complaints and evaluate options to remedy these complaints. Being an Executive Response Specialist reviews the underlying facts of the complaint, determines an appropriate solution, and delivers the response to the customer. Requires a thorough knowledge of the products/services offered, well developed customer service skills, and clear understanding of the company's policy regarding complaints. Additionally, Executive Response Specialist exercises a large degree individual discretion and judgement. Tracks complaints and makes recommendations to management designed to reduce the number of complaints. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Executive Response Specialist gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     The Role:
    As the Mobile Crisis Response Clinician, you will work as part of our on-call crisis team providing assessments in the community. Assessments can happen in homes, schools, and other environments to address behavioral health crisis where they occur. You will develop safety plans and interventions based on client goals, needs, and resources. Mobile Crisis Response Clinicians work as part of a dedicated team that is a trusted and relied upon resource in the community.

    What we’re looking for:
    • Master’s degree in social work, counseling or related field required
    • At least one year experience in mental health treatment environment
    • Experience providing mental health risk assessments and evaluations
    • Must be able to exercise independent judgement and use discretion in the performance of assigned duties
    • Excellent oral and written communication
    • Ability to utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job
    • Hold a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle liability coverage.
