Executive Response Specialist provides timely resolutions to customer complaints that have escalated to the highest level within the organization. Coordinates with product/service suppliers and/or contact center staff to research and determine validity of complaints and evaluate options to remedy these complaints. Being an Executive Response Specialist reviews the underlying facts of the complaint, determines an appropriate solution, and delivers the response to the customer. Requires a thorough knowledge of the products/services offered, well developed customer service skills, and clear understanding of the company's policy regarding complaints. Additionally, Executive Response Specialist exercises a large degree individual discretion and judgement. Tracks complaints and makes recommendations to management designed to reduce the number of complaints. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Executive Response Specialist gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. MUST LIVE IN BERLIN OR SURROUNDING AREAS Northern Human Services is currently seeking individuals and two person teams who want to make a profound difference in the lives of others. We are seeking Peer Support Specialist for our Mobile Crisis Deployment Teams in the Colebrook / Groveton areas. This person or peer specialist team will assist with Mobile Crisis Support for individuals who are in acute need of help This member of the Northern Human services team has experience as a recipient of mental health services, is willing to use and share his or her personal experience, knowledge, and firsthand insight to benefit the team and to assist individuals in crisis. Our Deployment Team members are on call from their homes and are paid an on call rate of $9.25 per hour and work in 6 hour shifts. If deployed, the rate changes to $25.00 for the duration of the deployment. Mileage will be reimbursed to and from the location of the crisis.
