Executive Response Manager oversees the resolution of customer complaints that have escalated to the highest level within the organization. Acts as a liaison with product/service suppliers to determine validity of complaints and design and implement product or process change to reduce the number of complaints. Being an Executive Response Manager requires a thorough knowledge of the products/services offered and extensive customer service skills. Exercises a large degree individual discretion. Additionally, Executive Response Manager may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be an Executive Response Manager typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.     The Client Executive is responsible for partnering with local Fortune 500 customers in New England to build strategic relationships, articulate a clear vision and generate business value.

    The Client Executive will work with all appropriate WWT resources (Executives, Solution Architects, Business Development, Marketing, Partners, Support, Service teams and Professional Services) to support customer interests.

    This includes dotted line responsibility for downstream sales and technical resources. With our Advanced Technology Center and Platform ( https : / / www.

    What will you be doing?

    The Client Executive will sell broad technical services, solutions, and products to our customers within the local market.

    Day to day responsibilities will include building meaningful relationships within a territory, leading customer sales meetings and presentations, and bringing customer requests to the WWT technical teams for scoping.

    The Client Executive will team with local Engineers and Architects, as well as experts to truly provide expertise and value.

    The ability to listen, learn and understand broad technical solutions is required as you look to provide value to our customers on cutting edge technologies.

    This position will require the ability to travel up to 25%.

    RESPONSIBILITIES :

    • Leading and directing the WWT customer account team.
    • Position WWT capabilities and service offerings with client business and technology objectives.
    • Articulate and implement strategic territory and account plans aligned to WWT's strategic direction.
    • Identifying and building trusted advisor relationships with key influencers and decision-makers, specifically CxOs, at the customer.
    • Working closely with internal WWT teams (executives, solution architects, business development, marketing, partners, enterprise support, service teams and professional services) to support the best business solution for customers
    • Defining a CXO relationship strategy within the customer, coordinating executive business reviews, and maintaining customer satisfaction levels
    • Strong leadership presence and be able to command a room in a meeting.
    • High level experience in communicating via email, phone, and face to face.
    • Comfortable writing executive briefing documents for, and communicating with, the most senior executives at the company.
    • Operating with significant autonomy and discretion. A high degree of decision making is required in routine customer engagement, business judgment is critical.
    • Maintain an accurate and robust pipeline and forecast of business opportunities.
    • Develop and manage the sales pipeline by engaging with prospects, partners, and key customers.
    • Prepare and deliver business reviews to the senior management team regarding quarterly and yearly strategies that align with revenue growth expectations.
    • Accelerate customer adoption and ensure customer satisfaction.

    QUALIFICATIONS :

    • Candidates must live in / around Boston Metro / New England Region
    • 10 years Account Management experience in the global enterprise space with large commercial or enterprise customers.
    • 10 years of experience managing / leading a sales book of business. Other experiences to include : experience in large complex deal negotiations with a successful track record;

    ability to navigate across WWT and the customer in a trusted advisor / consultative approach.

    • Ability to work independently and solve customer-facing problems.
    • Ability to navigate a matrixed organization (internally and the customer's) with a consultative approach, and establish credibility quickly with senior level executives
    • Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation).
