Executive Response Manager oversees the resolution of customer complaints that have escalated to the highest level within the organization. Acts as a liaison with product/service suppliers to determine validity of complaints and design and implement product or process change to reduce the number of complaints. Being an Executive Response Manager requires a thorough knowledge of the products/services offered and extensive customer service skills. Exercises a large degree individual discretion. Additionally, Executive Response Manager may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be an Executive Response Manager typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.     Schedule: Monday – Friday; 7:45am-4:45pm (w/ 1 hour lunch)

    Pay: $24/hr

    What You’ll Do:

    This position is crucial to both the culture and the functions of the office. You will be working on multiple projects and tasks at a time – the ability to prioritize and remain organized is important.

    This dynamic position will manage the daily office administration and assist in any-and-all items required – from spot cleaning carpets, to building out intricate spreadsheets, managing business licenses, event planning, and everything in between. The Office Administrator works directly with the President and receives direction on tasks, duties, and items to follow up on.

    Overall, this role gains its value by finding cracks in the system and filling them. This individual will also help create and consistently find new ways to help other departments and assist them to keep functions smooth and efficient.

    Duties may include but are not limited to:

    • Assist President with email inbox, calendar appointments, miscellaneous tasks, etc.
    • Form and Document management: oversight, filing and organization, updates, proper authorization and compliance
    • Annual reviews of all Corporate Guides and Agreements for updates
    • Support current administrative Team Members in all departments, finding solutions to their needs no matter what
    • Engage with Team Members - help them improve their processes and boost company culture
    • Train New Hires on office processes and software, help welcome new folks to our team!
    • Manual upkeep and cleaning of shared office spaces; run errands for multiple departments using our company vehicles – vendor management and communications
    • Complete office supply orders and approve equipment purchasing, office snacks, etc.
    • Use innovative ways to enhance our culture in new ways for all employees in the field and office
    • Any other assigned duties/tasks
