Executive Response Manager oversees the resolution of customer complaints that have escalated to the highest level within the organization. Acts as a liaison with product/service suppliers to determine validity of complaints and design and implement product or process change to reduce the number of complaints. Being an Executive Response Manager requires a thorough knowledge of the products/services offered and extensive customer service skills. Exercises a large degree individual discretion. Additionally, Executive Response Manager may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be an Executive Response Manager typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. What You’ll Do:
This position is crucial to both the culture and the functions of the office. You will be working on multiple projects and tasks at a time – the ability to prioritize and remain organized is important.
This dynamic position will manage the daily office administration and assist in any-and-all items required – from spot cleaning carpets, to building out intricate spreadsheets, managing business licenses, event planning, and everything in between. The Office Administrator works directly with the President and receives direction on tasks, duties, and items to follow up on.
Overall, this role gains its value by finding cracks in the system and filling them. This individual will also help create and consistently find new ways to help other departments and assist them to keep functions smooth and efficient.
