Executive Response Manager oversees the resolution of customer complaints that have escalated to the highest level within the organization. Acts as a liaison with product/service suppliers to determine validity of complaints and design and implement product or process change to reduce the number of complaints. Being an Executive Response Manager requires a thorough knowledge of the products/services offered and extensive customer service skills. Exercises a large degree individual discretion. Additionally, Executive Response Manager may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be an Executive Response Manager typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. As a Manager on the WWT Digital Transformation team you will lead business development efforts with local and regional Fortune 500/Enterprise level clients across all verticals. Armed with the expertise of our Digital Solutions team, you'll build and nurture relationships with our clients, identify gaps within our clients' business strategy and digital environments and deliver state-of-the-art solutions. You will also have responsibility for the operational health of our business development activities, including effective collaboration with numerous internal WWT teams that will support both the business development and service delivery of solutions to our clients.
What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for generating sales growth through existing and new account development. You must be knowledgeable with a variety of the concepts, practices, and procedures relevant to implementing digital solutions. A variety of complex tasks will be required, and you will be asked to work closely with the broader WWT Account teams to manage and grow business.
You will participate in the formulation and modification of short and long-term sales strategies for targeted territories and/or vertical markets. You will lead services sales strategy by providing both technical and strategic advice focused on solving business problems, creating business opportunities, and driving business outcomes for our clients.
