Executive Response Manager oversees the resolution of customer complaints that have escalated to the highest level within the organization. Acts as a liaison with product/service suppliers to determine validity of complaints and design and implement product or process change to reduce the number of complaints. Being an Executive Response Manager requires a thorough knowledge of the products/services offered and extensive customer service skills. Exercises a large degree individual discretion. Additionally, Executive Response Manager may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be an Executive Response Manager typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Executive Response Program Team Member

We are currently seeking an experienced Full Time Executive Response Program team member with high integrity and professionalism who can join our team here in the Bay Area. You will be working on uniquely assigned projects under the guidance of the Team Leader and Program Manager for our top Silicon Valley clients. In your day to day role as an Executive Response Program team member, you will be acting as a liaison between Surefox and its clients while providing incident detection, observation, physical security as well as overwatch and reconnaissance to assigned clients and events. You will perform all duties in accordance with client policies and procedures and all state & federal regulations. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to: responding to emergency events, assessing medical & non-medical issues, addressing staffing deficiencies, and effectively handling client requests in a timely manner. We are looking for someone who has exceptional observational skills and exhibits close attention to detail. The ability to work independently on assignments and to coordinate with supporting and/or adjacent teams, agencies, or vendors are critical to ensuring clients security requirements are addressed in  a timely and professional manner. The individual selected must be flexible and able to respond to dynamic situations with sound judgement as well as have the ability to perform their duties on a national and international level.     What you will do:
     
    • Provide incident detection capabilities to the client as requested
    • Develop relationships with clients, facilitate collaboration, and have the ability to influence informally across different departments within the team
    • Manage/monitor surveillance equipment and access points
    • Maintain and update logs with any pertinent activity observed related to assigned client
    • Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot and/ or vehicle while monitoring access
    • Watch for unusual activity and respond immediately and safely to emergency situations on-site
    • Coordinate with emergency services and law enforcement agencies as necessary 
    • Observe departing personnel to protect against theft of company and/or client property
    • Prepare reports on accidents, incidents and suspicious activities
    • Provide assistance to employees and create a safe and friendly environment for visitors and clients in a professional manner
    • Attend project meetings upon request to assess the security implications of proposed changes
    • Work independently and adapt to varying operational tempo while maintaining a high-level of situational awareness 
    • Responsible for client and family physical safety as well as the safeguarding of client assets.
    • Conducts ongoing threat, risk, and vulnerability assessments
    • Operates motor vehicles in a safe and legal manner
    • Maintain up to date knowledge of local emergency services, routes, and points of interest within a given area of responsibility
    • Operate in a low-profile, low-footprint capacity
    • Physical security or overwatch of assigned clients as requested
    • Follow Executive Response Program Operating Procedures and Guidelines
    • Comply with Surefox Policy and Procedures
     
    What is required:
     
    • Must be eligible for employment within the United States
    • Must be a minimum of 18 years old per state licensing guidelines
    • Must be able to pass an extensive background check and drug screening
    • Must live within driving distance or be willing to relocate
    • Must have at least 1 year of physical security experience
    • Must have a current BSIS guard card or eligible to qualify for guard card
    • Must have a high school degree or equivalent
    • Demonstrated competence in reacting to and handling emergencies
    • Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds
    • Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
    • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
    • Ability to work independently and as a team member
    • All applicants must be able to pass the Surefox Physical Agility Test (SPAT), with or without reasonable accommodation, prior to the scheduled start date. 
    • Please be aware that passing the physical agility test is a requirement for this position. 
    • The SPAT is a timed sequence of multiple physical events requiring you to progress along a predetermined path from event to event in a continuous manner until complete.  
    • CPR/First Aid/AED for all ages is required
    • Possess a valid and current driver license
    • Valid U.S Passport
    • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
    • Ability to work autonomously, domestically and internationally
    • Demonstrate an operational understanding of today’s technology across all platforms
    • Strong writing and interpersonal skills
    • Surefox RSOTC Course Completion or the willingness and ability to attend and graduate
     
    What is desired:
     
    • 1-2 years of Security or law enforcement related experience preferred
    • Military background is a plus
    • Report writing experience preferred
    • Experience working with families and children in a high net worth environment
    • Experience with international travel and experience in overseas protection assignments 
    • Executive Protection related training course(s) attendance or experience
    • Anti-terrorism or high-threat driving course(s) attendance or experience
