Executive Response Manager oversees the resolution of customer complaints that have escalated to the highest level within the organization. Acts as a liaison with product/service suppliers to determine validity of complaints and design and implement product or process change to reduce the number of complaints. Being an Executive Response Manager requires a thorough knowledge of the products/services offered and extensive customer service skills. Exercises a large degree individual discretion. Additionally, Executive Response Manager may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be an Executive Response Manager typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. As restoration estimator manager you will play a key role in our company. We are hiring for both our water mitigation and reconstruction division. This is a very important role with tremendous growth ability. You will be working in a fast paced and exciting environment where every day can bring new experiences and opportunity. This role will also require thorough and dedicated continuing knowledge of the Xactimate Insurance billing program.
Requirements
3-7 years insurance mitigation and reconstruction estimating experience.
Proficient in the use of the Xactimate billing software program.
Estimating for reconstruction/rebuild for water damage projects.
Dealing with insurance adjusters.
Managing subcontractors and all trades to complete the project from start to finish.
Coordinating with in house mitigation teams.
Dealing with property owners.
Settling invoices with insurance adjusters.
Coordinating with billing department to help collect on jobs.
Helping to drive revenue on projects.
Maintaining a high standard of integrity and dedication.
Clean driving record.
Drug and alcohol free environment.
Positive attitude.
Managing subcontractors and crews
Maintaining relationships
