Job Summary

The position involves generating new business opportunities through various methods such as cold calling, research, in person meetings, industry conferences, and leveraging existing connections. The role requires communicating the value of company services to potential clients, facilitating strong client communication, and managing relationships from prospect to close of sale.

As a National Sales Manager, your experience and skills will include:

• 4 years' experience in a revenue generating role with demonstrated success in hitting and exceeding targets/sales goals in a Business-to-Business industry.
• Consistently meet and exceed quarterly, annual gross profit and new business targets
• Effective communication and relationship building skills among key stakeholders and decision makers.
• Familiarity with using CRMs within the reconstruction environment (or similar industry)
• Demonstrated passion for selling.
• A consultative approach to working with new and existing clients.
• Strategic thinking skills with the ability to identify, categorize, and prioritize the right sales opportunities.
• Creatively collaborate with leadership to penetrate new business.
• Prepare and present proposals and provide follow-up throughout in establishing new clients.
• Build a strong sales pipeline to foster annual growth and sustainable relationships with customers.
• Map out organizational charts and structures to identify key stakeholders and decision makers.
• Maintain client retention by proactively identifying risks and effectively responding to needs.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Ability to travel 75%-90%
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Deliver presentation to C-Suite’s
• Ability to Network
• Ability to go to and oversee tradeshows.
• Must have 4 years of Business to Business sales

Compensation: Base plus commission

Travel: 75%-90%
