Job Description
The Global Assistance and Protection (GAP) Executive Protection Manager is a critical member of the GAP Executive Protection (EP) team with expertise in coordinating protective operations and security protocols. The incumbent will manage EP vendors, equipment/technology, residential security initiatives, travel support, and close protection duties. In addition, the incumbent will collaborate with cross-functional partners, contractors, and vendors on threat response plans, EP transportation/travel logistics, persons of interest investigations, behavioral threat assessment investigations, EP asset monitoring, and travel tracking programs. The incumbent will work closely with the GAP Event Security lead during events hosted by Accenture and external events where Accenture personnel and executives are in attendance.
This position reports directly to the Associate Director of Protective Services, and is expected to develop a close collaborative relationship with leadership from Accenture's Businesses and Corporate Functions, including the Office of the CEO, CIO, Cyber Security, Legal, Travel, Workplace, and HR as well as with domestic and foreign law enforcement, diplomatic organizations, and intelligence services.
The incumbent will provide executive protection leadership in a complex corporate environment that values collaboration, independent thinking, proactive problem-solving, integrity, collegiality, efficiency, and continuous organizational transformation.
