- Source, screen, and recruit potential candidates for various positions within the company
- Utilize various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, and networking events to attract qualified candidates
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance
- Onboarding and training new hires
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions

```Qualifications```

- Proficient in using HR sourcing tools and techniques to identify potential candidates
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Experience with social media management for recruitment purposes is a plus
