Responsibilities:
Please note: This position can sit in any of our 45 Hospitals and is a Hybrid role with 3-days in one of our Hospitals and 2-days remote.
We are seeking an Executive Recruiter to support leadership recruitment across multiple regions. I'm looking for someone who has experience presenting candidate profiles for Executive Leadership positions. Someone who is comfortable working closely with Corporate Executives and Hospital Leadership teams. Someone who can develop recruiting strategies that ensure Executive positions are filled in a timely and cost-effective manner. To be successful in this position you will need skills in sourcing, salary negotiation, interviewing and networking. A solid understanding of Healthcare is definitely a plus. Qualifications:
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience, required
2. Minimum of 7 years of professional recruiting experience.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting executive level positions.
4. Minimum of 3 years acting as lead recruiter.
5. Minimum of 5 years of experience recruiting passive candidates.
6. Minimum of 5 years of experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
7. Minimum of 3 years of experience of advanced sourcing and data mining techniques.
8. Experience developing and negotiating job offers.
9. General knowledge and application of federal and California employment laws, regulations and legislation; including working knowledge of employment law as it is applied to recruitment.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required.
11. Demonstrates positive interpersonal and effective communications skills.
