As an Executive Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top executive-level talent for our global network of Wall Street and Silicon Valley clients. Responsibilities:

- Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential executive candidates

- Utilize various research methods to identify and source qualified candidates

- Build and maintain a network of executive-level professionals

- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent

- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements

- Coordinate interviews and manage the candidate selection process

- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in executive recruiting

Requirements:

- Proven experience in executive recruiting or a similar role

- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, including leveraging social media platforms

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software

- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools for candidate sourcing

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers

- Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations

- Cold calling experience is highly desirable

- Sales experience is a plus, as the role involves selling our services to potential clients

Pay: $200,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
