Dave received his Bachelor’s Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts and Shana has a Culinary Arts Associate Degree, the best of both worlds, if you will.
Any guest can watch our chocolate-making process from the window of their shop on 819 S. Garfield Ave. and step in to taste the finished product in its many forms from chocolate bars to chocolate raspberry entremet and our beloved truffles & bon bons. We are one of only a handful of bean to bar chocolate makers in the entire state of Michigan and we are most excited about educating our community about the bean to bar chocolate movement.
