Responsibilities

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all food safety guidelines
- Collaborate with the pastry team to develop new recipes and menu items
- Assist with catering orders and special events as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Pastry Cook or similar role
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, including baking, cake decorating, and dessert plating
- Familiarity with food production processes in a restaurant or bakery setting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
