At least 5 years of culinary experience in gourmet, retail or casino/resort bakery. To be able to work with extended menu, production, pastries, cakes, oven temperatures and mixes. Also to be able to work side by side with bakers and cake decorators. Some computer knowledge is expected and also to assist the Executive Pastry Chef with such duties as scheduling, ordering, production list, payroll and sanitation policies and procedures.
