Executive Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring that hotel rooms and facilities are kept in a clean and orderly condition in line with hotel policies and guest satisfaction. Responsible for overseeing and training housekeeping staff. Being an Executive Housekeeper manages housekeeping supplies and equipment. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, Executive Housekeeper typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Executive Housekeeper has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. - Oversee and manage the housekeeping operations of the establishment
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met
- Train, supervise, and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain high-quality service
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a safe working environment for staff by enforcing safety procedures
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping management is required
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of floor care techniques is preferred
- Familiarity with hotel housekeeping operations is a plus
