Executive Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring that hotel rooms and facilities are kept in a clean and orderly condition in line with hotel policies and guest satisfaction. Responsible for overseeing and training housekeeping staff. Being an Executive Housekeeper manages housekeeping supplies and equipment. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, Executive Housekeeper typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Executive Housekeeper has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. To be an Executive Housekeeper typically requires 3-5 years of related experience, or may have 2 years experience plus an associates degree, or additional training or certification. Tru by Hilton Huber Heights is looking for a part-time housekeeper with open availability.
The housekeeping position includes but is not limited to:
Clean assigned guest rooms following company & brand standards to ensure the highest level of cleanliness. Also, ensure public areas are clean within your section.
Stocks and maintains housekeeping carts and storage rooms.
Offers guest assistance when needed whenever possible.
Greets guests when in visible contact and displays a friendly attitude with a smile under all circumstances.
Work as a team and possess a can-do attitude.
Additional duties from a supervisor/hotel manager will be assigned as necessary.
Weekend availability is required.
