Job Overview:

MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL RESIDENTIAL CLEANING AND NANNY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile individual to fill the role of a Full-Time Hybrid Housekeeper Nanny. This position requires a blend of housekeeping responsibilities and childcare duties. The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and possess excellent communication skills. They must be able to maintain a clean and organized household while also providing attentive care to children as needed. This is a full-time position with a hybrid schedule, combining housekeeping tasks with childcare responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Housekeeping:
• Perform all regular and deep cleaning tasks, and household laundry.
• Keep all areas of the home tidy and organized.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, bathrooms, and other high-traffic areas.
• Manage household supplies and inventory, restocking as needed.
• Handle special cleaning projects as requested by the employer.
• Childcare:
• Provide nurturing care and supervision to children in the household.
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities.
• Prepare and serve meals and snacks for children, ensuring they meet nutritional guidelines.
• Assist with homework assignments and school projects as needed.
• Transport children to and from school, extracurricular activities, and appointments as needed.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for children at all times.
• Hybrid Duties:
• Balance housekeeping tasks with childcare responsibilities throughout the day.
• Prioritize duties based on the needs of the household and the schedule of the children.
• Communicate effectively with the employer to ensure all tasks are completed satisfactorily.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in both housekeeping and childcare roles.
• Knowledge of household cleaning techniques and products.
• Familiarity with child development and age-appropriate activities.
• First aid and CPR certification required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record, and background check.

• This is a full-time position with a hybrid schedule, requiring flexibility to accommodate both housekeeping and childcare duties.
