**Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Executive Housekeeper to oversee and manage the housekeeping operations at our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in floor care, hotel, and industrial cleaning, with a passion for maintaining high cleanliness standards. **Responsibilities:** - Supervise and lead a team of housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and orderliness - Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures - Train new employees on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols - Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure standards are met - Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment - Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs promptly - Handle guest complaints or special requests in a professional manner **Qualifications:** - Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hospitality setting - Knowledge of custodial practices and industrial cleaning techniques - Strong organizational and leadership skills - Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness - Excellent communication skills to interact with staff and guests effectively This position offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team in providing exceptional cleanliness services.
