Essential Duties:
Conduct research, analysis, and design of compensation programs and policies.
Complete salary surveys and analyze compensation data to evaluate external competitiveness.
Develop cost estimates and propose compensation initiatives and incentive plans.
Prepare and maintain Cascadia's salary schedule and job descriptions.
Partner with recruitment and employee relations teams on job offers and union negotiations.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to compensation.
Participate in agency committees and provide compensation support as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Two to four years of related experience in compensation analysis.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws related to compensation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
