Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef 2 for Brattleboro Retreat located in the Brattleboro, VT. In this role you would provide food service for the patient line and retail area for this 110-bed hospital, serving anywhere between 75-150 people per meal period.
The Executive Chef oversees a small team of cooks and production workers, and reports to the Operations Manager. In this role you would have one of the two shifts that fall within operating hours of 7am-7pm and need to have the flexibility to cover weekends and/or holidays as needed.
