Executive Chef Assistant - Casino jobs in Palmdale, CA

Chef Tony Dim Sum restaurant group is looking for a part time/full time Office/Accounting Assistant to join our team. The work station for this position is located in the City of Rosemead. If this sounds interesting, please send us your resume.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Bilingual English and Mandarin
• Assist with accounting functions – invoicing, accounts payable, credit card reconciliation.
• Assist in managing data entry into various internal reports/systems
• Maintain office organization, tracking, and stocking of office
• Other duties will be assigned if needed

Duties include but not limited to:

• Answer and make phone calls
• Check and respond to emails
• Data enter in Quick Book
• File management – print, copy, scan and filing documents
• Perform tasks outside the work station in City of Rosemead within 10 miles driving distance to pick up or drop off documents or mails

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
