This human should have good attention to detail and and be able to follow specific instructions.
Daily duties start with setting up the pie station, shaping pie dough, filling pie crusts, cutting out decorative shapes, eggwashing and stabbing pies. Other duties will include scooping cookies, cracking eggs and other food prep, cleaning. Must be able to lift and move 50 pounds.
Dessert is often an afterthought, with sweetness being the only requirement. We strive to raise the significance of a great dessert experience with balanced sweetness, excellent flavor and pleasing texture.
