Kale Chef Service is a chef and woman-owned catering company in Scottsdale specializing in gourmet, farm-to-table cuisine. We offer full-service event and dinner party catering, pickup and drop-off catering, and gourmet food and beverage provisions.

We’re looking for a Marketing Administrative Assistant who will provide support in handling phone calls, managing calendar appointments, managing travel arrangements, managing scheduling and meeting plans, preparing documents and presentations (using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and other web-based software products). As well as coming up with fresh, and fun ways to market our services. Be able to create marketing materials while working alongside owner and Executive Chef.

Location: Scottsdale, Arizona

Start Date: ASAP

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4 pm

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the owner
• Create documents and spread sheets
• Create and execute marketing strategy
• Create new, fun marketing materials
• Assist in inventory of office supplies, packaging and materials needed for our kitchen and storefront

Qualifications

• You have a positive and happy demeanor
• Can create marketing materials using Adobe, Canva or similar programs
• 2 years’ of experience in a Marketing Associate and Administrative Role
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Has experience working in a marketing role in the food and beverage industry (a plus, not a requirement)
• Intermediate Knowledge of GSuite (Google Calendar, Maps, Docs, Drive, Sheets, etc)
• Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Word (Word, Excel, etc.)
