DESCRIPTION: Applies customer service standards. Processes multiple transactions pertaining to food and beverage charges. Reconciles cash drawer. Handles various amounts of currency, coin, coupons, and vouchers under close supervision. Title 24: non safety sensitive position.

DUTIES:

· Provides continuous, prompt, and courteous service to customers.

· Incorporate safe work practices in job performance and complies with safety practices.

· Operates POS system in processing food and beverage charges.

· Handles multiple transactions with cash, credit cards, coupons, vouchers, comps, etc.

· Prepares daily sales reports and reconciliation statements for the vault.

· Interacts positively with customers by inquiring about their dining experience, satisfaction, answering any questions and providing casino information either in person or via telephone.

· Assists all other front staff when the need arises by bussing, cashiering, hosting, clearing, or setting table, being a team player.

· Effectively works and communicates with other departments, vendors, customers to resolve problems and expedite work or services.

· Complies with all policies, procedures, rules, regulations, MICS.

· Report and document all unusual occurrences.

· Able to communicate orally and in writing.

· Practice and always maintain confidentiality.

· Attends all mandatory trainings.

· All other duties as assigned.
