The position: Field Account Executive 

As our Field Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for selling the Angel Host solution to Vacation Rental Property Managers in Canada, the US, Latin America, and the Caribbean. This position is ideal for you if you love a consultative sales approach (longer sales cycle).

Because you’ll be among our first Field Account Executives, you’ll have an exciting opportunity to develop and advance in your career, as our company is projected to grow exponentially in the coming months. 

Specifically, we need you to:

• Prospect for new leads, follow-up on website inbound leads, and conduct cold outreach calls and emails; all with the goal of adding new properties to our portfolio;
• Cultivate deep relationships with strategic partners that could help speed up our sales process;
• Qualify leads and prospective clients to ensure they meet Angel Host’s criteria;
• Become our subject matter expert of the added value we deliver; learn, communicate and sell the value of our services and the benefits of working with Angel Host to prospective clients; 
• Produce listing performance audits and proposals to help educate prospective clients;
• Handle objections with a consultative approach;
• Record all your activity in our CRM system (Hubspot);
• Attend and participate in periodic business travel for industry networking events, fostering professional connections and representing the organization effectively;
• Meet or exceed your sales targets.

Is this job for you? Well, it is if:

• You have a Business bachelor's degree. Candidates without a degree who have exceptional sales experience or demonstrate exceptional potential will also be considered;
• You have previous experience in b2b sales/business development. Candidates without extensive sales experience but with the right personality, attitude and ambition will be considered;
• You have experience working within the Hospitality and/or Short-Term Rental management industry;
• You are fully fluent in English, both speaking and writing. You must know how to be concise yet professional;
• You have experience using Hubspot or are familiar with other CRM’s;
• You carry an entrepreneurial spirit and possess the hustle it takes to get in front of the right people, overcome rejection, and always follow up;
• You possess strong interpersonal skills: your presence, tone, and language should build trust;
• You have strong initiative: you’re not the type of person that waits for someone to tell you what needs to be done. The words “this isn’t my responsibility” aren’t part of your vocabulary;
• You have the ability and desire to work for a growing, fast company in a startup environment;

• You are comfortable with a flexible work schedule: calls and meetings with Property Managers are sometimes scheduled after 5 pm or on weekends;
• You love to laugh and be part of an awesome team.
