Executive Assistant provides multi-faceted administrative support and assistance to ensure effective use of an executive's time and productive interactions with staff and the public. Handles a wide range of administrative and support tasks and independently initiates and implements processes to manage projects, information, and people. Being an Executive Assistant manages the executive's schedule, meeting preparations, follow-up tasks, and complex travel arrangements. Conducts research and information gathering on behalf of the executive and prepares summaries and reports. Additionally, Executive Assistant develops positive and strategic relationships at all levels of the organization. Uses discretion, judgment, and knowledge of the organization to facilitate the executive's activities and maintain confidentiality. May be responsible for directing and deploying support staff or other resources. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to c-suite executive. Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including proofreading documents, managing calendars, and scheduling appointments.

- Serve as a dental receptionist, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and answering phone calls.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Assist with order entry and inventory management.
- Support the smooth operation of a dental office by maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Act as a personal assistant to the team members, helping with tasks such as travel arrangements and expense reports.
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including booking venues and arranging logistics.
- Proficient in using Google Suite applications for document creation, collaboration, and organization.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite applications.
- Previous experience in a dental office or healthcare setting is a plus.
