    Job Duties/Scope Of Work
    This position provides project controls system administrator support to the Manager of Site Baseline Systems.

    Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
    • Administers project controls systems (i.e. HPIC, P6, Cobra, ROP, etc.) for the Hanford Site and HMIS.
    • Provides interface with the HMIS Software Engineering Services regarding program controls related business systems including the initiation, monitoring, testing, implementation, and documentation of system change requests.
    • Works with the field projects controls team to effectively and efficiently maintain, update, and administer project controls applications for reporting and data input.
    • Establishes mechanism to maintain configuration control of coding, change management and integrated data.
    • Performs evaluation of Project Controls software to identify opportunities to improve site integrated reporting dashboards and metrics.
    • Assists in the development, maintenance, and configuration control of the HMIS Contractor Performance Baseline.
    • Develops automated ad hoc reporting for Project Controls data analytics.
    • Performs acceptance testing of new system upgrades, configuration controls, reports, etc.
    • Ad hoc reporting, upon request or other requests for analytics.

    Basic Qualifications
    * Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Management Information Systems, Information Management, Finance, Accounting or related field - OR - an equivalent combination of education and experience, - OR - enrolled in a relevant degree program with anticipated completion occurring within 1 semester or quarter. NOTE: Completion of the degree program must be verified prior to employment with HMIS.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work well with others.
    • Proficient with SQL, VBA, HTML, Java, C# or related programming language.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products.
    • Demonstrated ability to act independently to review, validate, and document project controls-related data for internal and external use.
    • Ability to evaluate and prioritize work activities so tasks can be accomplished within identified period while taking into account impacts of decisions.

    Desired Qualifications
    *Experience in Business, Project Management, Project Controls, or related discipline.
    • Experience with Earned Value Management Systems used by HMIS (P6, Cobra, HANDI, HLANROP, etc.).
    • Experience with performing system administrator duties.
    • Experience with PowerBI.

    Compensation & Benefits
    Grade 13: $67,725 - $81,663
    Grade 14: $71,200 - $89,800
    Grade 15: $78,338 - $98,813
