Ethics and Mission Integration Director jobs in Texas
Ethics and Mission Integration Director incorporates the organization's mission, values, and philosophies into the operations, policies, and goals of the organization. Directs and develops education and training programs for employees and the community that communicate and reinforce the organization's value driven mission. Being an Ethics and Mission Integration Director reviews patient care outcomes and issues to ensure alignment with the organization's mission and ethics. Advises leaders with strategic planning and decision-making to ensure ethics and values are considered. Additionally, Ethics and Mission Integration Director typically requires an advanced degree. Typically reports to top management. The Ethics and Mission Integration Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. Objectifs
L'action des volontaires vient renforcer le lien et la proximité aux publics 16-18 ans accueillis dans les centres Afpa.
Le dispositif Promo 16.18 donne l'occasion à des jeunes d'identifier ce qui les motive, les possibilités professionnelle et les métiers qui pourraient leur plaire.
Actions
Accompagner le développement de l'autonomie sur les outils numériques aux différentes phases de parcours (inscription, constitution des dossiers, recherche d'informations, etc.)
Faciliter l'entraide, le soutien et le développement de l'autonomie lors des ateliers collectifs sur les étapes du parcours
Participer ponctuellement à l'animation de la vie du centre via des activités culturelles, sportives ou citoyennes
Faciliter les liens entre les jeunes et des témoins ou externes de passage
Faciliter l’accueil de 1er niveau et l’intégration des jeunes
Accompagner le développement de l'autonomie sur les outils numériques aux différentes phases de parcours (inscription, constitution des dossiers, recherche d'informations, etc.)
