Job Description: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Mortgage Compliance Support Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to complete and file Mortgage Call Reports and State Specific Mortgage Reports accurately and promptly. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the mortgage industry, exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and excellent communication skills to interact with our valued clients professionally.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate completion and filing of Mortgage Call Reports and State Specific Mortgage Reports according to regulatory requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage industry regulations and guidelines.
• Analyze data and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for reporting purposes.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with clients to address inquiries and provide support.
• Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in mortgage compliance or a related field is highly desirable.
• Mortgage Call Report experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact
• professionally with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of mortgage industry regulations and compliance standards is preferred.
