Ethics & Compliance Training Specialist conducts needs analyses and designs and implements ethics, business conduct and compliance training and development programs. Interfaces with multiple functional groups outside the ethics and compliance office to ensure curriculum content and methods meet legal, regulatory and corporate objectives. Being an Ethics & Compliance Training Specialist participates in the development and implementation of classroom, web-based and other media training programs for all employees designed to promote knowledge of the corporate code of conduct policies, legal and regulatory requirements of the organization's business. Coordinates with and ensures a uniform level of ethics and compliance training among operating units of the corporation. Additionally, Ethics & Compliance Training Specialist coordinates both internal and external resources required by the program. Provides technical expertise, evaluates content and makes recommendation on incorporating all facets of corporate training programs into the business operation. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be an Ethics & Compliance Training Specialist typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. As a Senior / Training Specialist at AstraZeneca, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering training programs across the Frederick Manufacturing Center (FMC). This role is not just about compliance; it's about adding real value to our business and ultimately benefiting our patients. 

    Accountabilities:
    In this role, you will partner with the Training and Education Lead(s), providing instructional design and facilitation of training programs. You will perform administrative functions for the Learning Management System (LMS), support and deliver New Employee Orientation (NEO) at the site, and liaise with training colleagues, customers, and vendors to identify training initiatives or improvements. You will also be responsible for developing solutions to a variety of sophisticated problems utilizing resourcefulness and innovation. 

    Essential Skills/Experience:
    - Bachelors degree 
    - 3 years of relevant experience 
    - Knowledge of cGMP industry practices
    - Demonstrated learning methodology skills and experience, preferably ADDIE model and Kirkpatricks’s Levels of Evaluation
    - Instructional Design experience, including design and development of web-based training modules using eLearning software, preferably Articulate 360
    - Learning management system experience
    - Demonstrated project management skills and experience
    - Demonstrated team and collaboration skills

    Desirable Skills/Experience:
    - Experience in Pharma/Bio Pharma industry
    - GXP Experience
    - GMP Experience
    - Bachelor's degree in a science related field or Instructional Design
