Ethics & Compliance Office Administrative Asst. coordinates the administrative work of the ethics and compliance function of the organization. Acts as a liaison with outside vendors to provide materials for the program including manuals and posters. Being an Ethics & Compliance Office Administrative Asst. receives helpline calls, faxes and emails from outside vendors, tracks issues and routes them to appropriate staff groups. Utilizes corporate software to input and track helpline call data. Additionally, Ethics & Compliance Office Administrative Asst. processes routine inquires and provides data in accordance with established policies and procedures. Codes and submits invoices for department charges, maintains tracking files, reconciles corporate credit card receipts and monthly statements for reimbursement, and prepares spreadsheets for charge backs to departmental cost statements. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be an Ethics & Compliance Office Administrative Asst. typically requires 1-3 years of related experience. May be entry level if some experience in the skill. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and transcribing documents
- Scheduling patients
- Assist with processing insurance claims
- All administrative aspects
Experience:
- Previous experience in a DENTAL OFFICE IS REQUIRED
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using computer
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
- Previous experience with Eaglesoft software is a plus
This is a full-time position Monday-Thursday. Starting pay negotiable depending on experience.
