Ethics & Compliance Office Administrative Asst. coordinates the administrative work of the ethics and compliance function of the organization. Acts as a liaison with outside vendors to provide materials for the program including manuals and posters. Being an Ethics & Compliance Office Administrative Asst. receives helpline calls, faxes and emails from outside vendors, tracks issues and routes them to appropriate staff groups. Utilizes corporate software to input and track helpline call data. Additionally, Ethics & Compliance Office Administrative Asst. processes routine inquires and provides data in accordance with established policies and procedures. Codes and submits invoices for department charges, maintains tracking files, reconciles corporate credit card receipts and monthly statements for reimbursement, and prepares spreadsheets for charge backs to departmental cost statements. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be an Ethics & Compliance Office Administrative Asst. typically requires 1-3 years of related experience. May be entry level if some experience in the skill. Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an office environment. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness
Requirements:
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent
We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications. This is a part-time position for fifteen hours per week.
