Ethics & Compliance Business Unit Manager oversees and promotes the organization's global ethics and compliance function. Implements programs to assess and manage legal and regulatory compliance risks and establish high ethical standards of conduct for the organization. Being an Ethics & Compliance Business Unit Manager communicates the organization's ethical standards, policies, and regulations. Delivers employee training programs that raise awareness about ethics-related topics such as Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, Antitrust, Conflicts of Interest, and others. Additionally, Ethics & Compliance Business Unit Manager conducts compliance monitoring, investigations, and remediations of any non-compliant actions. Manages the administration of confidential reporting systems or helplines for employees, customers, contractors, and other stakeholders to disclose violations of the organization's ethical standards, violations of law, or policies without fear of retaliation. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Ethics & Compliance Business Unit Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. Job Summary
The Compliance & Ethics Specialist is a member of the Compliance and Ethics Department and reports to the Director of Legal Compliance. In this role, you will be responsible for tasks and projects related to various Compliance and Ethics Department objectives and key results. You will work closely with the Legal and Compliance & Ethics Team members and Company stakeholders to implement and complete various regulatory tasks, Compliance & Ethics Program initiatives, and ad hoc projects. In this role, you should also expect to participate in and lead compliance-related initiatives, requiring the ability to communicate information clearly and confidently.
You will need to develop and maintain knowledge of current FCC regulations, TRS Fund Administrator instructions, and company policies. The position will work with all Company departments to ensure policies, procedures, and activities comply with all regulatory and company requirements.
