Ethics & Compliance Business Unit Manager oversees and promotes the organization's global ethics and compliance function. Implements programs to assess and manage legal and regulatory compliance risks and establish high ethical standards of conduct for the organization. Being an Ethics & Compliance Business Unit Manager communicates the organization's ethical standards, policies, and regulations. Delivers employee training programs that raise awareness about ethics-related topics such as Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, Antitrust, Conflicts of Interest, and others. Additionally, Ethics & Compliance Business Unit Manager conducts compliance monitoring, investigations, and remediations of any non-compliant actions. Manages the administration of confidential reporting systems or helplines for employees, customers, contractors, and other stakeholders to disclose violations of the organization's ethical standards, violations of law, or policies without fear of retaliation. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Ethics & Compliance Business Unit Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions.   • The Business Unit Finance Manager is responsible for all aspects of financial support for the assigned business unit. The role will work with the Business Unit President to execute the strategy for the business. The Business Unit Finance Manager is responsible for developing the annual financial plan, updating the forecast, and preparing variance analysis. The Business Unit Finance Manager will also be responsible for communicating results for the business unit to all levels of the organization.

    The Business Unit Finance Manager will work closely with other Business Unit Finance Managers as well as the shared services FP&A support to ensure consistency of reporting across all businesses and regions.

    Duties:
    • Responsible for all aspects of financial planning, reporting and analysis for the business unit being supported
    • Communicate financial results for the business unit to stakeholders within the business unit as well as to Executive Leadership during monthly business reviews
    • Monitor financial results and KPI’s including leading indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and shifts within the business
    • Provide recommendations to the business unit President
    • Submit reporting for the business unit and Senior Leadership to highlight performance versus budget/forecast, prior year and trends over time
    • Develop an annual plan and regular forecasts for a business unit which will include working with commercial and operational leaders to assess sales trends across products and channels
    • Build financial support for new products/projects being contemplated within the business unit
    • Develop bridges to explain variances between the plan and prior year financial results for the business unit
    • Perform deep-dive assessments of both customers and products and develop recommendations based on findings
    • Other duties as assigned

    Education and Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics from a four-year College or University or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience. MBA preferred.
    • Minimum 6-8 years of job-related experience required
    • Experience with financial planning
    • Understanding of overall platform functionally, including ERP, CRM, PIM, and WMS
    • An analytical mindset to organize stakeholder feedback, develop solutions, and prioritize improvement opportunities
    • Ability to solve complex technical, managerial, or operational problems
    • Ability to operate and manage significant activities and resources to produce and take responsibility for results.
    • Ability to take a stand on an issue from a place of respect and open-mindedness.
    • Exceptional communication skills across all mediums, including the ability to communicate clearly with both business and technical stakeholders one on one, in groups of varying size, and across all levels of the organization
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
