Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management, project management, and construction estimating using tools like Bluebeam, Earthworks and more. If you have a passion for negotiating contracts, pricing projects, and ensuring cost control, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely estimates for construction projects
- Analyze project plans and specifications to determine the overall cost
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to understand project requirements
- Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing
- Develop detailed proposals and contracts for clients
- Utilize software such as Earthworks/ Bluebeam for estimating purposes
- Monitor project progress to ensure cost control throughout the construction phaseExperience:
- Proven experience in construction estimating and cost control
- Familiarity with Earthworks software or similar estimating tools
- Strong knowledge of project management principles
- Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications

Pay: $54,559.74 - $65,706.35 per year
