A successful candidate will be responsible for estimating a variety of types of projects including, but not limited to, educational, industrial, commercial, multifamily, mixed-use and much more! They should work well independently and as part of a team, be detail-oriented and able to prioritize in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
Educations/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in construction management or similar field
In depth knowledge of the commercial construction industry.
2-5 years of experience estimating commercial construction projects
Fluency in Microsoft office software required
Procore experience a plus
Valid Driver’s license
