Multi-Family building materials estimator

Established St. Louis area building material supplier is growing our multi family division and looking to add to our team! The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be willing to learn and contribute to a teamwork environment.

Responsibilities to include:

• Review Construction blueprints and perform accurate lumber and building material take-offs.
• Track and manage all estimates in the pipeline and follow up as required.
• Project management and point of contact for jobs in progress and perform problem solving for any issues that arise in the field.
• Attend pre-construction

Requirements:

Computer skills

Excellent customer service and follow up skills

Ability to work in an office environment Monday through Friday

Skilled in working independently and managing multiple projects

While not required, Blueprint reading, CAD or other design software knowledge, experience in rough framing construction or knowledge of lumber products are all considered a plus.

Will train the right candidate regardless of experience. Framing carpenters looking to get out of the field are encouraged to apply!

Salary Range: $45,000 - $75,000
