Skills:
- Ability to maintain equipment and follow all safety rules and practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including conflict resolution
- Ability to create and maintain accurate and confidential records
- Ability to physically lift up to 50 lbs. to shoulder height and agility on a construction site
- Strong computer literacy with math and science skills
